### 1. Colour Picker

The Colour Picker allows participants to change the colour of their drawing stroke before or during annotation.

#### Steps

1. Open the **drawing toolbar** from the session controls.
2. Tap the **🎨 Colour Picker** icon (palette icon) in the toolbar.
3. A colour swatch panel will expand below the toolbar, showing the available colours:

 * Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, Red, Pink, Purple, Grey, White

4. Tap any colour to select it. Your next drawing stroke will use the selected colour.

> **Tip:** The currently active tool is highlighted with a darker background. Make sure the **Pencil** or **Circle** tool is selected before drawing.

***

### 2. Undo

The Undo feature lets participants reverse their last drawing action on the canvas.

#### Steps

1. While in drawing mode, tap the **↩ Undo** icon in the drawing toolbar.
2. The most recent stroke or shape drawn will be removed from the canvas.
3. Tap **Undo** repeatedly to step back through multiple actions one at a time.

> **Note:** Undo only applies to your own drawings. It does not affect strokes made by other participants.

### 3. Display Name While Drawing

When a participant draws on the canvas, their **display name appears as a label** attached to their active stroke or shape. This helps all viewers identify who is annotating in real time.

*Participant's display name shown as a tooltip near their drawing*

#### Behaviour

* The name label appears **automatically** — no action is needed from the participant.
* The label is displayed in a **colour-matched tooltip** that corresponds to the participant's selected stroke colour.
* The name remains visible **while the participant is actively drawing** and fades once they stop.
* All participants in the session can see each other's name labels simultaneously.

> **Note:** The display name shown is pulled from the participant's account name as it appears in the session.

### Constraints & Behaviour

* Drawing tools are available to all participants who have been **added to the stream**.
* Clearing drawings using the **🗑️ Delete** icon removes **all annotations** on the canvas and cannot be undone.
